OK, we all know General Peter Pace is an asshole, so I'm not even going to comment on his stupid remarks labeling all gays immoral.
What I did find interesting - as well as frightening - is that the army is severely lacking in people that speak Arabic - yet over 50 military personnel specializing in the Arabic language have been discharged for the crime of being gay.
I mean, regardless of your personal beliefs, in a time of war doesn't that sound stupid.
Mr. Pace, that is immoral.

Of course, MM hates all things Republican. However, if a Republican had to be prez, I would choose Giuliani because even though he is currently pandering to the Jimmy Swaggart's of the world, he did live with a gay couple during his divorce and he marched every year in the gay pride parade in NYC, so he can't be that bad.

It's common knowledge and was in all the papers here in NYC. While mayor of NYC, he was very pro-gay. Of course to run for prez, they all have to change their views - John M. said 8 years ago that the Christian Right were hate mongers and now he's kissing their asses.
